Will the jewelry look exactly the same as the picture on the website?

All our jewelry is professionally photographed to ensure that we can present the piece as accurately as possible. The jewelry is however handmade incorporating natural stones. The colour, density, size and shape may vary very slightly from pieces to piece.
 

How is the jewelry packaged?

All items are packaged in a fabulous polka dot organza bag- perfect for gift giving, safe storage in your home or during your travels.
 

I would like to send a gift to a friend - can you send it for me?

We would be delighted to take care of sending the piece(s) that you order directly.  In fact, we have Indulgence Without Excess gift cards that we can hang from the organza bag and we would be happy to add a personal message from you - call customer service to arrange this at no additional charge!
 

How quickly will my order be sent?

We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take a little longer but always within 4 days. If your order is super urgent, please let us know and we shall prioritize.
 

What happens if something I order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that something you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. You can then choose to place a back order, select something else or, if you have already submitted your payment, you will be offered a full refund.
 

What is your returns policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the invoice. You can simply exchange it or, we will provide a full refund - providing of course that the piece is returned to us in good condition. All we ask is that you cover the cost of return postage.
 

What happens if the jewelry is damaged when it arrives?

Every piece is individually checked before it is shipped. If it is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
 

How much is shipping?

We are pleased to be able to offer FREE shipping within the US using USPS. If you need expedited shipping by FEDEX or Express Mail, please call us for additional shipping charges.

For international orders we will add an additional $12.00 for up to 3 items being sent to the same address.
 

Are International orders subject to customs duty?

While we are very happy to ship internationally, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any import duty that may be levied.
 

What kind of metal do you use in the jewelry?

The metal we use is lead and nickel free. It is non-precious and for most pieces, we use Rhodium. This is a very common base metal used for jewelry.
